Wedding Coordinator
We don't just assign you an event coordinator - we pair you with a professional who specializes in weddings. Your Wedding Coordinator will be your advocate and guide, helping to establish timelines, aligning vendors with your vision and budget, and preventing costly missteps before they happen.
Outdoor space with RV hook-up
Couples enjoy full access to both the theater interior AND the adjacent 5,000 sq. ft. fenced courtyard for one inclusive price. The courtyard provides a private, flexible space for outdoor seating, ceremonies, or reception extensions, and a gated driveway can accommodate RVs, food trucks, or additional prep areas. Water and electrical RV hookup is included, offering even more convenience and flexibility.
Professional Sound & Lighting Production
While all private rentals include our house sound and lighting production, the Wedding Package adds on full stage production - a $1500+ value. We automatically upgrade your speeches, toasts, and entertainment with the same professional-grade system we use for touring artists, delivering a concert-level polish that highlights every moment.
Premium selection
You wedding guests shouldn't be left remembering how they had to drink the "least worst" option. Give your guests exactly what they want with our extensive selection of beer, wine, liquor, seasonal craft cocktails and N/A options.
But our wedding clients get something more: custom sourcing. If there's something you're looking for that we don't already carry, we'll source and bring it in just for you.
Your own wedding webpage
Your own webpage - fully and easily customizable by you - allows you to convey wedding information and collect RSVPs without the need for an additional third-party service. Your webpage is fully integrated with our event planning platform, where you and your Wedding Coordinator can collaborate on floorplans, itineraries, guest lists and more.
Premium furniture
No folding furniture here - our rich cherrywood cocktail tables, gold marble dining tables, padded and unpadded seating are included, as well as room set-up according to your floorplan. Bonus: premium furniture eliminates the age-old challenge of linens. No extra costs, no creases or stains — everything looks polished, elegant, and ready to go from start to finish.

Wedding rentals are structured in 2 parts:

Rental Fee - due at signing to secure your date.

Bar Sales Minimum - due by the end of the event. Minimums may be met via cash bar paid for by the guests, an open bar paid for by the host, or a combination, such as drink tickets or a limited open bar.
Why We Structure It This Way
First, it breaks the investment into manageable portions. Rather than one large, all-inclusive number due upfront or in large chunks, the cost is distributed across the lifecycle of your event.
Second, it gives you flexibility.
Because a significant portion of your total investment is tied to the bar sales minimum, your wedding guests - that is, 100 or fewer of your closest people - can help offset the cost of your venue rental through their drink purchases. No need for ripping open cash-stuffed envelopes on your honeymoon - you can relax and enjoy, because your closest people have already pitched in.
And if your guests don’t quite reach the minimum? You can either pay the difference directly, or you can keep every dollar working for you by applying the remaining balance toward packaged products, bottles of wine, or bottled cocktails to take home...or even give to your closest people as a thoughtful thank-you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pick my own caterer?
We encourage you to select a caterer from our list of vetted catering partners - caterers we know and trust to deliver on time, on quality, and with the proper equipment and staffing to serve your guests. These are teams with whom we've built a relationship - they understand our spaces, our timelines, our load-in procedures, and the level of service we expect.
If you have a specific caterer in mind who is not currently on our list, we’re happy to take a look and potentially vet new vendors for approval, provided they meet our licensing and insurance requirements.
Can I bring in my own food?
Per our insurance requirements, any food served on site must be prepared in a licensed facility by a licensed food handler. We reserve the right to request documentation for any food not directly delivered by a caterer.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No. Outside alcohol and beverages of any kind are not permitted, but wedding client are entitled to special request, custom cocktail and custom sourcing to ensure your bar service fits your vision.
Can I come back the next day to collect my things?
So long as we don't have another rental, our wedding clients may return between 8AM-10AM the next morning to collect their decor, gifts, etc - no extra charge.
Are there different package options?
Yes! Our Wedding Package includes everything you need to host a seamless, beautifully executed wedding, but if you’re looking to elevate the experience even further, we offer a curated menu of add-ons.
