An Evening or Full Day rental of The Ideal doesn't just mean an unlocked door.
It's the foundation of a memorable, magical experience.
Exclusive venue access for the time specified — the theater itself and the 5,000 sq ft exterior courtyard are all yours. We do not parcel out different spaces for different clients.
Intake questionnaire — we don't leave you guessing. Upon booking, you'll receive a tailored questionnaire to guide your event planning and set you up for success.
1-hr walk-through with venue manager. A minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event, a representative will meet you on site to discuss layout, event flow, decorations, and other details to ensure everything is aligned.
Table and chairs plus set-up — no folding furniture rental, no rounding up hands. Arrive to rich cherrywood tables and upholstered seating arranged just the way you want it.
House A/V system plus projector rental and set-up — no extra charge. Enjoy your own playlist on our surround sound system and use of our 12 ft projector screen.
Event staffing to suit your needs. We don't need exact headcounts and we don't charge per bartender — we simply staff your event the way it needs to be staffed to deliver premium service.
Unlimited non-alcoholic refreshments for your guests — all soda, juice and bottled water are on the house.

This isn't a hotel bar — this is the brainchild of professionals who have spent a lifetime in the industry. Enjoy full access to over 100 spirits, premium wines, our seasonal cocktail menu, and the classic cocktail canon our bartenders know by heart.

The ambience and bar set the vibe — The Soirée Package sets the volume. Our best-in-class, professional-grade PA stack — the same one used by the touring artists and performers who play our stage — is rare in private venues at any price. And as part of the venue infrastructure, it comes at a fraction of the cost of a comparable rented system. Give your playlist concert treatment, and get your guests out onto the dance floor!

The Spotlight
Welcome your guests to their own private show!
Here's where it all comes together. The Spotlight Package fires up the entire production system — the stage PA, the performance lighting, the optional stage effects, the optional red carpet — and pairs it with the people who know how to run it.
Our in-house engineers calibrate to your event's theme and energy and stay on-site through the night, pairing the production to the evening's ebb and flow. A must-have for anyone looking to host live performance.
