Daytime rentals have different needs than evening parties or full-day events, so we've developed tailored pricing and packages to suit daytime gatherings of all kinds — from sales presentations, to graduation parties, bridal showers and more.

Your daytime rental includes exclusive access to both indoor and outdoor spaces from 8AM-2PM. Upon booking, you'll receive a questionnaire to assist with event planning, and a representative will reach out via phone call 2 weeks prior to the event to answer any remaining questions.

The Scene
Set the scene with the silver screen! Choose this package for your next presentation or development briefing!
Upgrade your pre-event phone call to a 1-hr walk-through with a venue manager and get customized table and chair set-up. A staff member will arrive on-site on the day of the event to provide venue access and set up the projector and house sound system. Outside N/A beverages may be self-supplied. +$300
The Social
A daytime social is perfect for networking events, team-building and graduation parties!
Ready to experience premium service? In addition to everything included in The Scene, The Social package includes a bottomless craft coffee and tea bar and dedicated waitstaff to serve unlimited N/A refreshments throughout your event! +$700
The Brunch Bar
This package is perfect for a bridal party...and any other daytime celebration!
Unlock the full bar experience with the brunch bar package! Apply the $700 bar deposit to a Bloody Mary and/or Mimosa Bar, and/or enjoy our famous Espresso Martini and other tasty concoctions handmade by our professional bartenders. +$1200
