Planning and executing an event can quickly become a second job.

And third-party event planners are difficult to vet, may or may not be familiar with the venue, and charge stand-alone prices for their services.

Our in-house event coordination team has decades of combined experience — and they plan and execute events at our venue nearly every week. They know the space's strengths, quirks, and optimal flow. Better still: as an add-on to any rental package, our coordination services come at a fraction of the cost of hiring third-party support.

Standard [Included]
For clients who are comfortable being fully engaged and hands-on.

Every venue rental includes baseline planning support. Upon booking, you'll receive a planning questionnaire developed by our team to clarify your vision, timing, and logistics. No less than 2 weeks prior to your event, a venue manager will meet you on-site for a 1-hour walk-through to confirm layout and execution details.

 

Included with your rental at no additional cost.

Event Concierge [Most Popular]
For busier clients who want professional guidance to ensure a successful event.

Fill out your questionnaire with an Event Concierge at a 1-hour kick-off meeting, where we will refine your vision and build a clear execution plan. Gain access to our online event planning platform where we organize itineraries, floorplans, vendor contracts, and more. Your guests can RSVP through a custom webpage built directly into the platform — no third-party tools or postal mailings required.


You have the option to have 2 custom cocktails designed exclusively for your event, along with custom professional menus.

 

Thirty days prior to your event, benefit from open, unlimited communication with your Event Concierge to ensure every question is answered and detail aligned. No less than 2 weeks prior, your Event Concierge will meet you on-site for a 1-hr walk-through, and on the day of the event, they will be on-site for up to 4 hours for set-up and assistance.

Event Coordinator [Most Chosen for Multi-Vendor Events & Weddings]
For clients who need to manage multiple vendors without the stress and complexity.

Your Event Coordinator fulfills all of the responsibilities of the Event Concierge — and then takes on the third parties. Your Event Coordinator communicates and coordinates with your vendors on your behalf, integrating each one into a cohesive plan so you don't have to manage relationships across multiple companies. Entertainment booking is handled in-house, with contracts, load-ins, sound checks, and technical requirements managed start to finish.

 

Open, unlimited communication with your Event Coordinator begins 45 days out from your event — at the critical 6-week window when plans shift from concept to execution.

Event Partner [Full Support Experience]
For clients who want to remove themselves from logistics and be fully present as a host.

Event Partner is our most complete tier — it includes everything in Event Concierge and Event Coordinator, plus the services most clients tell us, in retrospect, they couldn't have done without.

 

In addition to an extra 1-hr, in-person planning meeting 6 weeks prior to your event, the Event Partner experience layers on Day Of Coordination. On the day of your event, your Event Partner is on-site for up to eight hours, running the room: managing vendor arrivals, executing the timeline, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth event flow.

 

Custom bar sourcing rounds out the package — we bring in the products needed to cater to your taste and create your desired atmosphere, elevating the bar from a service point to a considered part of the guest experience.
