What's Already Included
Your Wedding Rental doesn't just mean an unlocked door.
It's everything you need to begin building your dream day.
Exclusive venue access for a full 16 hours — the theater itself and the exterior courtyard are all yours. We do not parcel out different spaces for different clients, and we won't stack events in front of or behind you. This is your day.
Intake questionnaire — we don't leave you guessing. Upon booking, you'll receive a tailored questionnaire to guide your wedding planning and set you up for success.
1-hr walk-through with venue manager — a minimum of 30 days prior to your wedding day, a representative will meet you on site to discuss layout, flow, decorations, and other details to ensure everything is aligned.
Table and chairs plus set-up — no folding furniture rental, no rounding up hands. Arrive to rich cherrywood tables and upholstered seating arranged just the way you want it.
House A/V system plus projector rental and set-up — no extra charge. Enjoy your wedding day playlist on our surround sound system and use our 12 ft projector screen for slideshows and videos.
Event staffing to suit your guest count. We don't need exact headcounts and we don't charge per bartender — we simply staff your wedding the way it needs to be staffed to deliver premium service.
Unlimited non-alcoholic refreshments for your guests — all soda, juice and bottled water are on the house. One less expense to worry about.

The Foundations
For the couple who wants every essential handled, with the freedom to add more as you go.
The Foundations Package begins by layering in Event Concierge service, our entry-level tier of event coordination. No less than 90 days prior to your wedding, your Event Concierge sits down with you for 1 hour to map out your big day — and the road to get there. You'll get a 1-hr rehearsal free of charge, and on the morning of, we'll have a coffee and tea bar set up to kick off the day. Optionally, you can complement it with a Mimosa Bar!
Speaking of bar service, this package unlocks every feature — nothing is left gated behind pricing tiers, and there is no guesswork involved in product selection or budget. Enjoy full access to over 100 spirits, premium wines, our seasonal cocktail menu, and the classic cocktail canon our bartenders know by heart.
But that's not all. The Foundations package grants access to one of The Ideal's most unique and defining features — it's professional PA system. As a native live music venue, The Ideal is able to provide world-class sound and lighting production for our private clients for a fraction of the cost of a similar rented system.

Photography is often the 3rd or 4th largest wedding expense, accounting for up to 15% of your total budget. The Moments Package allows you to spend more of your budget elsewhere.
As a venue, we enjoy referral partnerships with trusted service providers. We pass our partner rates onto you — and save you the headache and risk of sourcing service providers yourself — by bundling them into our package offerings.
The Moments Package pairs you with an experienced, vetted wedding photographer for up to 8 hours — capturing every moment of your day as it felt to be there — for a price that cannot be matched on the open market. When it comes to your wedding, you deserve no less than expertly shot, professionally mastered photos that you can enjoy for a lifetime.

As an entertainment venue, our team has direct access to the area's top wedding DJs and MCs — high-demand entertainers who are experts at delivering the right flow and energy to get every single one of your guests putting your wedding reception in their core memory bank.
Most of your guests (63%) won't remember what was served for dinner. But 81% will remember your wedding for the entertainment — and we're here to ensure that it's the best it can be.
Want to take it even further with a LIVE BAND instead of a DJ? We'll source the perfect live band for you and apply a $1000 credit to their fee. Then we'll bring in our sound and lighting team and produce it all FOR FREE.
