Daytime rentals have different needs than evening parties or full-day events, so we've developed tailored pricing and packages to suit daytime gatherings of all kinds — from sales presentations, to graduation parties, bridal showers and more.

Your daytime rental includes exclusive access to both indoor and outdoor spaces from 8AM-2PM. Upon booking, you'll receive a questionnaire to assist with event planning, and a representative will reach out via phone call 2 weeks prior to the event to answer any remaining questions.

Daytime Packages
The Scene
For your presentation, sales meeting, or professional development day.
The Scene gives you the room with everything in place. A 30-min walk-through with a venue manager replaces the pre-event call. Tables and chairs are configured to your specifications. A staff member will arrive on-site on the day of the event to provide venue access and set up the projector and house sound system. Outside N/A beverages may be self-supplied. +$300
The Social
Perfect for networking events, team-building and graduation parties.
The Social builds on The Scene with the things that make a daytime event feel hosted: a bottomless craft coffee and tea bar, dedicated waitstaff serving unlimited non-alcoholic refreshments, and the kind of polish that lets you focus on your guests instead of the logistics. +$700
The Brunch Bar
For bridal showers, milestone brunches, and any daytime celebration that calls for a cocktail.
The Brunch Bar opens the full bar for your daytime event. Apply your $700 bar deposit toward a Bloody Mary or Mimosa bar — or both — and let your guests enjoy our famous Espresso Martini and other tasty concoctions handmade by our professional bartenders. +$1200
