Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Book within 6 months for 10% off the rental fee, or within 4 months for 15% off. Non-profit organizations receive 20% off with valid 501(c)(3) documentation.
Do I have to pay for everything up front?
No. To secure your date, we require 50% down. The remaining balance can be split into two payments over the next 6 months, with final payment due no later than two weeks prior to your event.
How does the bar deposit work?
The bar deposit is fully refundable if your event meets the bar minimum through cash sales. You may also use the deposit to run a hosted tab—if total bar spend reaches the minimum, any unused portion of the deposit is returned. Please note that a 20% gratuity is applied to all hosted tabs.
Can I get early access?
Yes! Early access can be added to any rental for $150/hr. Staying late? We’ll keep the bar open until 2AM free of charge!
Can we set up the night before?
Yes. A prior evening rental may be added to any rental package for 50% off!
Can I return the next day to get my things?
Yes. Clients may access the venue between 9AM–Noon the following day at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No. The Ideal Theater & Bar is fully licensed and, by law, cannot permit outside alcohol.
Can I bring in my own food?
Per insurance requirements, all food must be prepared in a licensed facility by a certified food provider.
