How does payment work?

To secure your date, we require 25% down. The remaining balance can be split into three payments over the next 365 days, with final payment due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding day.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Book within 10 months for 10% off any wedding package!
I'm just starting think about my wedding. Do I have to pick a package now?
Package lock in the most savings — but you are always free to add package elements à la carte as your wedding plans take shape!
Do you offer Day of Coordination?

How does the bar deposit work?

Your bar deposit is refunded to you if your wedding meet the bar sales minimum through cash sales. You may also use the deposit to run a hosted tab — any unused portion of the deposit is refunded to you so long as overall sales reach the minimum. Please note that a 20% gratuity is applied to all hosted tabs.
Can I come in early? Can we stay later?
Access before 8AM can be added to any wedding rental for $150/hr. Want to keep the bar open past midnight? We'll keep it open up to 2AM for no charge.
Can we set up the night before?​

Yes. A prior Evening Rental can be added to any wedding package for 50% off — see our Evening Rental Pricing >
Can I come back the next day to collect my things?

Yes. Access the venue between 9AM—Noon the following day at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
​
No. The Ideal Theater & Bar is fully licensed and, by law, cannot permit outside alcohol.
Can I bring in my own food?
​
Per insurance requirements, all food must be prepared in a licensed facility by a certified food provider.
I've selected the Memories Package. What if I want a live band instead of a DJ?

Name your genre, theme and/or setlist, and we will find the perfect live band to match — with a $1000 credit already applied to the artist fee. We'll bring in our sound and lighting team and produce the show FOR FREE!
