Eastland comes home to the room where it all started. After playing their first-ever show at The Ideal in 2025, Cedar Rapids' original alternative-rock outfit returns to headline the stage that launched them.
This is a full night of homegrown original music, with Wonderful Smiths opening the show. The Cedar Rapids-area four-piece brings a restless mix of '60s-inspired jams, soulful vocals, disco grooves, and grinding guitars. Music built to roam beyond easy genre lines.
See two local bands at different points in the same story: Wonderful Smiths, road-tested and back at The Ideal, followed by Eastland's return as headliner.
Saturday, October 10, 2026, at The Ideal Theater & Bar. Doors open at 7:00 PM. Music begins at 8:00 PM. All ages. General admission tickets are $17 + fees in advance and $21 + fees the day of the show.
