Newfound Road

Twenty-five years of harmony arrive in Eastern Iowa for the first time.

Newfound Road brings its full five-piece lineup to The Ideal Theater & Bar on Thursday, October 15, in the middle of a comeback year moving at full speed. The Ohio bluegrass band returned to the road with a new label home at Billy Blue Records, fresh singles including "The World To You," and six second-round IBMA nominations, including Entertainer of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year, and Male Vocalist of the Year for Tim Shelton.

At the center is the sound that built their name: powerful harmonies, world-class acoustic playing, and songs rooted deep in American bluegrass and gospel tradition. In The Ideal's close listening room, every voice and every string gets its space.
